We will be walking to Friendship Manor to sing patriotic songs on Tuesday. Please wear a red shirt under your uniform. You may bring a change of clothes in your backpack but must wear your uniform to school. If you have a flag or other decoration please bring tomorrow. Miss Lachi

ROOM B3 NEWS….. · Our trip to Vallartas was AWESOME. The store donated all our treats so we did not spend our money. We will use the money you sent in for our Geometry field trip to 7-11 for slurpees (this Friday). ·
Don’t forget the ART SHOW is Saturday and 2/3 grade are responsible for donating: Capri suns/glitter/feathers/old tee shirts to wear for art projects. ·
Next week is our trip to the library and we will be taking the public bus at a discounted rate of $1.50. Please send in $2.00 and that will cover the fare and a treat for everyone at the park

THE MONTH OF MAY…and the first day of June!!!!!!!
McDonalds-Bring your walking shoes and get ready to have some fun and celebrate our success on the CST. Bring a few dollars to buy a treat.
Art/Music Days- Bring an old shirt you can wear over your uniform. The shirt might get paint on it so make sure it is one you don’t care about.
Every Thursday- Wear comfortable shoes for running or walking a mile.
Vallartas-We will have a guided tour of Vallartas Supermarket. You may bring $1.00 to buy a candy bar.
Sharing- Bring an item to share with the class. You will present your sharing with three complete and powerful sentences.
Geometry Trip- We will walk around the neighborhood looking for 3 dimensional shapes and 2 dimensional shapes. We will end our trip at
7-11 for a slurpee.
Art Fair- Come see our school’s amazing art!!!!
Friendship Manor- Wear red/white/blue under your uniform. We will sing patriotic songs for the residents at the convalescent home.
Public library- We will take the public bus to have a guided tour of the library. Students who return their library card permission slip will get their own library card to check out books. After we will spend the day having fun at Kimball Park with picnic lunches.
Game Board Day-Bring a game board to share/play with your friends.
Movie/popcorn-Bring your favorite movie! Feel free to donate popcorn
( for the microwave) for our fun day.
Picnic-We will have a picnic on the lower field. Lunches will be provided. Feel free to send in a sweet treat to share with friends.
